Westbridge Fine Art Auction House strives to provide both reliable and affordable packing & shipping to all of our customers. Please note that Westbridge does not operate a professional in-house packing service and is not a shipper themselves. Any works packed in-house are done solely at the discretion of Westbridge, and for the convenience of the purchaser.
All packing is done either in-house or via a reliable third-party outlet with fine art packing experience. Shipments go by UPS Standard, Purolator, or DHL courier service unless otherwise requested or specified. Quotes will be provided upon request, however if said quotes are unsatisfactory to the purchaser, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to make packing & shipping arrangements. Please note that any duty, customs, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may not be known until arrival in the destination country.
When in-house packing & shipping is available (size, weight and value of the items determine this), we ship primarily through Canada Post, however are able to ship through a number of couriers (UPS, FedEx & Purolator) for oversized shipments or by customer request. We are also able to facilitate pick-ups if you wish to arrange for your own courier service. Please note that any duty, customs, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may not be known until arrival in the destination country.
Packing and shipping amounts are calculated based on the final weight, dimensions and destination of the package, as well as current packing material and labor costs. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for your consideration. Westbridge Fine Art Auction House has a minimum $35 CAD charge for all in-house packing.
Please note that shipping costs are billed independently from your auction purchase total. This is to ensure accuracy of shipping quotes as rates can fluctuate.

If you wish to pick up your purchase in person from us, please let us know immediately following the close of the auction. We ask that all purchases be picked up within one week of the close of auction, however alternative arrangements can be made should circumstances prevent this.
